At MudNest Aura, we aim to provide high-quality handcrafted clay products and ensure a positive experience for our customers. Because our products are handmade and fragile in nature, please review our refund and cancellation policy carefully.

Order Cancellation

Customers may request an order cancellation within a short time after placing the order.

  • Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order.
  • Once the order has been processed or shipped, cancellation may not be possible.

To request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible using the details provided below.

Cash on Delivery Orders

MudNest Aura currently operates on a Cash on Delivery (COD) payment model.

Customers are requested to:

  • Ensure availability to receive the order at the delivery address.
  • Make the payment to the delivery partner at the time of delivery.

Repeated refusal of COD orders may result in restrictions on future orders.

Returns

Due to the handcrafted and fragile nature of clay and terracotta products, returns are accepted only under specific conditions.

Returns are accepted only if:

  • The product is damaged during delivery, or
  • The wrong product has been delivered.

Customers must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or videos showing the issue.

Refund Process

If the return request is approved:

  • A replacement product may be sent, or
  • A refund may be issued.

Refunds will be processed within 5 – 7 business days after approval.

For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds may be issued through bank transfer or other mutually agreed methods.

Non-Returnable Situations

Returns or refunds will not be accepted in the following cases:

  • Minor variations in color, size, or texture (as products are handmade)
  • Damage caused by improper handling after delivery
  • Return requests made after 48 hours of delivery
  • Change of mind after the order has been delivered

Damaged Product Claims

If you receive a damaged product, please contact us immediately and provide:

  • Order details
  • Photos of the product
  • Photos of the packaging

This helps us investigate the issue and resolve it quickly.
