At MudNest Aura, we take great care in preparing and shipping our handmade clay products. Each item is carefully packed to ensure it reaches you safely.
Order Processing
All orders are processed after confirmation.
Because our products are handmade, processing time may vary depending on product availability and preparation.
- Standard processing time: 1 – 3 business days
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays may be processed on the next working day.
Once the order is ready, it will be handed over to our delivery partner for shipment.
Delivery Time
Estimated delivery time depends on the customer’s location.
Typical delivery time across India:
- Metro cities: 3 – 5 business days
- Other cities and towns: 4 – 7 business days
- Remote locations: 5 – 9 business days
Please note that delivery times may occasionally be affected by logistics delays, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Shipping Locations
MudNest Aura currently ships products across India.
At this time, international shipping is not available.
Cash on Delivery (COD)
MudNest Aura offers Cash on Delivery (COD) for all eligible orders.
- Customers can pay in cash at the time of delivery.
- Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address to receive the order and complete the payment.
Orders may be cancelled if delivery attempts fail multiple times.
Shipping Charges
Shipping charges, if applicable, will be clearly displayed during checkout before placing the order.
MudNest Aura may occasionally offer free shipping promotions on selected products or orders.
Packaging and Fragile Products
Our products are made from natural clay and terracotta, which require careful handling.
We take special care to:
- Use secure packaging
- Protect fragile items during transportation
However, if a product arrives damaged during delivery, please contact us immediately with photos of the package and product.

Once your order is shipped, tracking details may be shared via SMS, email, or WhatsApp if available.
This allows you to track the progress of your delivery.
